I have been going to Quick Connect (Omaha) for at least fifteen years now. They have done all kinds of repair work for me; they have revived computers that I did not think were salvageable; and I have bought two reconditioned computers there for family and friends. I would have to say that Quick Connect has always been reliable and honest; the staff are personable; and they are never slow. Frankly, I am still not very knowledgeable about computers, but they have given me good advice over the years, and I have never felt overcharged for the work that they have done for me. At this time, there are any number of computer repair shops in Omaha, but Quick Connect was one of the first, and it speaks highly for them that they are still here and still doing an excellent job. I know that because I was in there today!
