I spent 2 weeks and $116 trying to get my computer repaired properly to include going back 4 times to an unnamed computer repair shop. I finally got frustrated and took it to Quick Connect Computer Services and within 24 hours had it working just like it was supposed to. Tanner understood my problems and went over everything I wanted to be done so there were no problems. They were efficient and again had it done within 24 hours. Wish I had gone there first but it’s a lesson learned!!
