Benefits of prepaid Block Time contracts are as follows:- Substantial discount off our normal rates paying for as little as five service calls in advance. We offer even deeper discounts for prepaid agreements in larger amounts if requested. NEW: We do now bill monthly for support based on your volume. This is for customers who prefer to spread out the payments of your Block Time! Ask a rep for details.
- No expiration date on the time that is purchased and no obligation to renew when it is time to renew the contract. We want to earn your business and we also want your time to last as long as possible.
- SAME DAY SERVICE when your office has a computer break down. We always attempt to provide emergency service to all of our customers in a situation like this, but prepaid block time assures you that your needs will be placed at the top in high volume times.
- A technician that knows your account. In most cases, you will deal with the same technician throughout your contract. This ensures a knowledgeable technician that will be familiar with your account.
Other benefits offered by our company for all customers, not just our prepaid customers, is our 60 day follow up call for issues that may resurface. This follow up call policy is truly NO HASSLE. Flat rate pricing that can be escalated and capped within 60 days to protect you if your computer problem ends up taking multiple attempts to repair. This does not happen often but is unavoidable in some cases. Nice to know we have protections in place for you the customer if this does occur. Working “in the trenches” on a difficult problem until resolution has been our best ally in gaining and growing our loyal customer base.
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, so in emergency situations, a technician can be contacted when needed. We also analyze every, single call that comes in to our call center daily to avoid missed calls that could happen otherwise. You will never get voice mail when you call us!
