We are here to help during this time. We want our customers to know that we are taking this very seriously. We are monitoring the situation and updating our procedures and protocols accordingly. We have made some important changes to keep you and our staff safe:
In-Store procedure
We are diligently cleaning our store several times a day. Our technicians are wearing gloves and masks during critical interactions.
Curbside Drop off and Pickup
We’ve added curbside pickup and drop off of your computer at our stores. Just call us when you arrive in our parking lot and we’ll come out to you.
Remote Services
For a one time fee for a small issue or a small monthly fee per machine for ongoing support, we offer remote services so that you can still utilize IT services during these times. If ongoing remote services are requested, Quick Connect that will monitor your computer remotely and be better equipped to fix issues remotely as issues arise.
Onsite Services
Whether you need a new computer or help with an existing computer or have need of a technician to troubleshoot a problem with your computer or internet connection. Quick Connect will come to your home or office, we are happy to HELP! With your permission, we will wipe the keyboard or other equipment as we start and end our service call.
