We got a call from a client yesterday with an emergency. The laptop they purchased from QC was not booting and they needed it before their afternoon lunch hour rush. So, we put on our superhero cape and headed out to fix the computer! We don’t often see a memory stick fail but when we tested the RAM we discovered a bad stick of RAM. We replaced it right there on-site and the client was off and running for their lunch rush. As you may have figured out, they are a restaurant.
