Brief QC History
Kristan Yoder founded Quick Connect Computer Services, Inc. in 1996. Since then, Quick Connect has grown into a trusted business in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. Quick Connect is dedicated to quality full-service computer repair solutions. We specialize in ensuring our customers’ needs are met at all levels.
We repair computers, upgrade PCs, and restore sluggish PCs to their original factory-like condition. We help customers with the growing threats of viruses, spyware, and security. We meet our customers’ needs with our on-site, remote, and carry-in services. Quick Connect also supports offices large and small as we work as the IT support for local businesses.

We maintain a friendly, spotlessly clean, contemporary, and inviting atmosphere with flat screens mounted to the wall to allow us to work on numerous computers at the same time to keep your turn-around time fast. Our Quick Connect technicians receive extensive hands-on training. We maintain a large inventory at each store to help quickly get PCs back up and running as soon as possible.
Besides computer repair, we provide planning, setup, and support for networks. We also can recommend equipment that will suit customers’ current and future needs.
We work to gain our customers for life, not just fix a computer. We have worked with well over 20,000 satisfied customers and counting. We understand that what keeps us growing is repeat business and referrals from those satisfied clients. Without our strong repeat client base, we would not be in business and growing 20+ years later.
