It could be that the website is actually down, so we'll need to check for that first.
Does the website come up on another computer? (call up a friend and have them try it) If it doesn't load on their computer either, try it on one more computer if possible just to make sure.
If the page isn't loading for you or on the other computers, the site is probably down. If the URL (web address) you're going to is something like http://www.somesite.com/j49isk?ldk=293, try removing the stuff on the end so you just have "http://www.somesite.com" (with no quotes!) The owners of the site may have changed something.
Now, if it's still not loading for you or the other computers, the site is down. It could be down indefinitely so just try every day and hopefully it will come back up. Finish or Start Over.
If the site does load on the other computers, but not on yours, we'll need to clear your browsers cache. Click here for instructions. (a new window will open)
After clearing the cache, turn your computer all the way off. Leave it off for a few minutes, and then turn it back on and try again. If it's still not working, you may have Spyware on your computer. Please go to our spyware page for more information.
No websites will load at all
Sounds like your internet connection may be down. If you have highspeed internet, power cycle your modem and/or router(s) by unplugging the power from them for a couple minutes. You may have more than device to unplug depending on how your network is setup.
While those are unplugged turn your computer all the way off. Turn it back on again. Once the operating system has finished loading, plug your modem and/or router(s) back in again. Wait a few minutes before trying to get back online.
I get bombarded with popups, even when no one is using the computer.
More than likely you have a spyware infection. Please continue on to continue on to our spyware information page.
