Problem: No Power
Check all the power connections to the device, and to the power plug-in.
If something was unplugged, plug it in and try again. Back to the Start
If the connections are good, make sure that the socket the device is plugged into is 'live' by plugging in another device (like a lamp) that is known to work into that socket.
Does the alternate device work on that socket?
