We added another suite to our offices. It's only to house our inventory and pending orders. We also have put a shipping and receiving area in the new office suite. Without inventory being right by the work benches, we added a couple more full size work benches. That is helping our turn around time even more.

Sales Growth year to date is over 50% still. We have been having phenominal growth for the last two years. We are doing twice the volume that we were just two years ago! That is amazing. I attribute that to the growth in our staff and the growth in existing customers referring our services. So far this year we are getting 68% of our business from customer referrals alone. That is at an all time high. To us, that number is one that we are very proud of and work hard to achieve.

We've had a lot of changes around here. We added another suite to our office space for meetings with customers and employees. We also reorganized our existing workspace and added three additional benches for working on PC's. We've had a busy last few weeks here as walk-in traffic has picked up considerably. We've managed to keep our repair time around 2 days in most cases.
August 2002
We just bought a new GMC Astro van to add to our onsite service. We loaded it with
computer parts and tools to allow our onsite service to be able to repair more
computers onsite without having to bring them into the office. It is a cargo van,
not a passenger van, so it is able to hold all of this and still have room for our
custom built computer deliveries. Its exciting when something like this happens
because it is physical proof that our business is still growing.
July 2002
Things are going great at our office at 50th and R St here in Lincoln.
We have been in our new office for close to a year and a half and have seen our
carry in service steadily increase. Customers frequently comment about the
nice location and easy parking out front. We are now in a much easier to
get to and more centralized location than when we were in the Gold's building downtown.
December 2001
We are gearing up for the holiday season. Dec. and Jan. are historically
the busiest months of the year. We now offer financing starting this
month to increase the sales of our custom built computers.
November 2001
Our website has been redesigned for easier navigation and
updating of information. Our online troubleshooter
is our most popular section. Customers enjoy being able to repair simple problems on their
own. Save the harder problems for our onsite service technicians. We
are getting over 20,000 hits per month on our website currently.
Feb 2001
We moved our offices out of the Gold's Galleria building downtown to the
Central Business Park at about 50th and R. This location is much easier
for customers to get to for our carry in service. We more than doubled
our space so we are able to hold more inventory and work on more computers
at once.
