iTunes and GEAR drivers fix
Symptom:
1.Itunes is installed and cd drives stop working
2. Remove filters and cd roms work but Itunes doesn't.
3. Reinstall Itunes and cd rom drives stop working etc etc etc
Fix:
After deleting filters and essentially breaking Itunes:
Add the following multi-string value into the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} key
UpperFilters
Double click and add the value GEARAspiWDM and press enter key once and ok.
Rename this file C:Windows\system32\drivers\AFS.SYS to AFS.SYS.OLD
Reboot and everything should be working.
(this works assuming that Gear software and Itunes are up to date.)
